Is my patient data safe with TechnoMedicall? ▾
Absolutely. We are fully HIPAA compliant and maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We conduct annual third-party security audits and all employees undergo HIPAA training. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all clients.

Pricing & Contracts
How are your fees structured? ▾
We charge a percentage of net collections — typically 4–6% depending on your specialty, volume, and service tier. This means we only make money when you make money. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no charges for claims that aren't collected.
Are there long-term contracts? ▾
No long-term contracts are required. We operate month-to-month because we believe in earning your business continuously. We do ask for 30 days written notice if you decide to transition — to ensure a smooth handoff of your billing operations.
What is your performance guarantee? ▾
If TechnoMedicall doesn't demonstrably improve your net collections within the first 90 days of full operation, we will refund all fees paid during that period. We stand behind our results completely.

How do I track my billing performance? ▾
Every client gets access to our real-time reporting portal where you can view claims status, collections, denial rates, aging A/R, and more at any time. We also provide monthly executive summaries and quarterly business reviews with your account manager.
Who is my point of contact? ▾
Professional and Enterprise clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who learns your practice deeply and serves as your single point of contact. Starter clients have access to our shared support team via email with a 4-hour response SLA.
Do you handle patient billing and collections too? ▾
Yes. We offer patient statement generation, patient payment portal setup, and soft-collections follow-up for outstanding patient balances. We never use aggressive collection tactics that could damage your patient relationships.
